An inspection trip usually lasts 3-4 days. The Select
Estates airport transfer team will pick you up from the
airport and take you to the apartment, villa or hotel
where you will stay.
Next morning after breakfast the English speaking
professional sales team will pick you up from your
accommodation and take you to the office. In the office
you will be provided with information on the type of
property you require and our new developments. The sales
team will take you to the places you want to see.
Second day you will be following up to see the rest of
the slected properties and sit down with our sales team
to eliminate the properties and choose the one that
matching all your crtierias.
If you decide on that day to make a purchase, you can
pay for the deposit the same day either by cash, or
debit/credit cards.
The next day our team will take you to the solicitor to
prepare your sales agreement to be signed by both buyer
and seller.
During the inspection trip the after sales service team
can take you to choose tiles and kitchen facias/colour
and all necessary materials included in the contract at
the showroom .
