strive to give you the best after sales service. You will receive a
selection of photographs of your property and a report on progress
on a regular basis. This will give you the peace of mind that our
customers expect and deserve. You may call, fax or email us at any
time and we will have details of your property sent to you as soon
as possible. This, we feel, sets us apart from other agents!
Full Management Services
We boast a remarkable after sales service here at Select ltd.! When
your property is unoccupied for any length of time, our highly
trained staff will check on your house and grounds on a regular
basis pay your bills and arrange for your house to be thoroughly
cleaned prior to your arrival. We can organize transport from the
airport, car hire whilst you and your guests are on holiday, and if
you wish we can even arrange to have food and drink waiting for you!

treat your home and your needs accordingly!
Hotel Reservation
We can organize holiday accommodation for you, your family and your
friends and have arranged discounts with a number of hotels for you,
our valued clients. We offer our clients a superb choice of rooms
and availability, and strive to achieve whatever you desire!
Air Conditioning
Either at construction stage or later we can install any size air
conditioning units in as many rooms as you like. These units will
give you cold air in the summer and hot air (if needed!) in our mild
winters.
Insurance
Working together with AXA insurance Ltd, the leading Insurance
Company in TRNC, we can offer you a complete service on insuring
your car, property and home contents. Contact us for a quote.
Car Rental
We have immediate access to many hire vehicles, usually at an
advantageous rate, and can arrange a car to be at the airport on
your arrival if you wish, or delivered to the location of your
